Manuka Honey
Deionised Water
Menthol Crystals
Apple Cider Vinegar
Eucalyptus Oil
Lemon Oil
Peppermint Oil
Aloe Vera

Instructions

1. Shake well prior to using every time.

2. Store at ROOM TEMPERATURE.

3. Dosage:

   1. Adults, start with 1-3 drops orally to acquire taste.

   2. Some users may initially require larger & more frequent doses for added support.

   3. Can build up to 5mls at once, if required.

   4. Max dosage per day is 15ml.

4. Sport / exercise: use 15-20mins prior to working out & as needed.

5. Children: (from 5yrs)

   1. Start with a "taste."

   2. If wanted, move to 1 drop.

   3. You can also mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey to soften taste.

6. Pregnancy:

   1. It is suitable & we recommend not exceeding the starting dose of 2-3 drops.

   2. If needed, you can take this amount 2-3 times a day.

   3. If breastfeeding, take the same dose sizes & only after feeding baby.

7. Sinus Rinses: You can add 1-3 drops into a WARM sinus rinse for added support. This is intense but the clearing is awesome.

8. The Savvy Fam loves using little & often through the day rather single big doses. Always use pre-bed to aid in a restful sleep.
